>How do I become a member of Trademine?

To become a member of Trademine, complete the following steps:

1. Click “Join Now Free” or “Join Now” located on our home page.

2. Choose your “User Package”. Four our full list of packages, please go to our Merchant Account page.

3. Fill out the registration form.

4. Verify your account through a verification system sent to your email.

5. Sign in and complete your company profile.

>I have problems registering my Trademine account.

We apologize that you are having problems registering your account. If you see an error message saying, “The username your@email.here already exists.”, it means your email is already registered on the website. You may Sign In with your email and password. If a problem persists, please do not hesitate to contact us and our representatives will reply as soon as we can.

>I have forgotten my log in information.

If you have forgotten your password, click the “Forgot Password?” link below the Log In Button:

Enter the email address you have registered with Trademine. Check your email for a temporary password. Log in and change your password located in the User Control Panel:

>How do I modify my account information (email/username, password, company profile)?

Log in on your account and click “Member Area” located at the very top of your screen upon logging in. You can either look at your User Control Panel and click on the corresponding information you want to change or look at your My Account tab on the left side of your screen and click on the tabs to change your information. For better navigation, please click on Premium Control Panel button located on the right part of your screen.

>How do I cancel/delete my account?

We are sorry to hear that you are closing your account. Please CONTACT US for the procedure.

>How do I reactivate/enable my account, products, buying and selling leads?

Upon registration of profile, products, buying and selling leads, a message saying that your account is disabled or your postings are for approval, will appear. This is part of our pre-screening process to ensure all postings are legitimate and secure. It can take up to one hour for approval. If disapproved, we encourage you to edit your posting/profile.

>How do I search for products?

To search for products and contact suppliers through Trademine, please follow the instructions below:

1. Go to our Homepage.

2. Enter the product or keywords you wish to search on our Search Bar located at the top of our Homepage.

3. Click “Search”.

4. For an Advanced Search, please click “Advanced Search” located beside the Search Button and fill out the required fields.

>What do I do if I cannot find the products I am looking for?

Sourcing the right supplier with the right product can be difficult especially if you are looking for a customized or specialized product. You can post a BUYING LEAD through your profile; once it’s approved, verified suppliers registered at Trademine can start sending you quotes straight to your inbox.

>I want to stay up-to-date with the latest business trends at Trademine.

Trade News and Website Notices can be read at your Member Area page. In the future, we will be offering members to register for our Email Newsletters.

>How can I find verified suppliers?

Trademine has pre-screened every supplier that has registered on the website. We have checked their credentials and legitimacy based on their application yet it is up to the buyer to trust a supplier. You can check their membership status, feedback and ratings and profile for better verification on your part.

>How can I ensure that the products are of good quality?

When you decide to trade with a supplier, you can request for a sample of their product for you to inspect, request more photos or certification of a particular product. All products posted on Global Trade have been pre-screened by our staff based on the posting they have submitted.

>How do I send messages to suppliers?

According to your membership package, you can send a message to a particular supplier by clicking on the “Contact Supplier” button located on their company profile. Free Members do not have this option.

>Can I call the supplier?

You can contact suppliers using the phone number listed in the “Contact Details” section on the supplier’s company page. Please note that phone conversations are outside the accountability of Trademine. We strongly suggest to contact them first through the message platform in the website.

>How do I register for PayPal and/or Escrow?

With a valid email address and banking information, you can register for PayPal on their website. You can register for Escrow by filling out the form as provided on their website.

>How can I pay for my order safely?

The level of protection and security varies from the different methods of payment available or as offered by the supplier. We strongly recommend buyers to conduct their own precaution on the seller and payment method before making a purchase.

We strongly suggest to have your transactions through PayPal and Escrow.

>How can I guarantee that I can receive the products after making payment?

Trademine have partnered with PayPal and Escrow for better security on both parties in terms of transactions on payment and products. PayPal provides protection on both the seller and the buyer by securing transactions. Escrow provides security that it ensures both parties to be completely satisfied: the seller receiving the payment upon having the products received by the buyer. For more information on how it works, please visit the Escrow website.

We also strongly recommend to choose a Shipping option with Tracking Number upon payment. Please contact your supplier to arrange this method as it may incur charges.

Please check with the seller regarding shipping terms before making a payment. Other payment options may be available especially on big transactions.

>Can I get a refund on the products I bought online if I am not satisfied?

Each supplier/company has its own Return Policy. We highly suggest to read it first before committing on a transaction/order. If you are not satisfied with your item/s, check with your method of payment’s company AND contact the supplier regarding your issue. If the dispute persists, please Contact Us.

>Can Trademine provide Logistics /Warehousing Services?

>How can I leave feedback after ordering online?

After completing a transaction, members can leave feedbacks on other member’s profiles. Please note that each member can leave multiple feedbacks on another member, but only one per transaction.

>How do I submit a complaint or dispute on Trademine?

We apologize that you have experienced or been involved in disputes on our website. Please be advised that any issue must be submitted to us through our CONTACT US page. You can either fill up a contact form or directly email us. Please send us all of the relevant details of the case. Our representatives will be with you as soon as possible.

>What can I do if I find a suspicious member or don’t trust them?

Trademine have pre-screening processes to prevent such members. However, if one of our members spots a suspicious activity/product/profile, please do not hesitate to Contact Us and report the supplier/company. Fill out our Contact Form with the relevant information, including the link for the profile if possible. We will be in touch as soon as possible and conduct our own investigation.

>What can I do if my information was misused by other member/s in Trademine?

We are sorry to hear that your information was misused by other members in Trademine. If your company information is used by another member without your consent, please do not hesitate to Contact Us and report such activity. Our representatives will be in touch, an investigation can start and repercussion can be applied on the reported member.

>The supplier has posted patented products.

Trademine will gladly work with intellectual property rights owners to fight against alleged counterfeit/infringed products on our website and if they fail to comply with our website terms and policy. Please do not hesitate to Contact Us when such situation occurs.

>How do I sell products, post buying/selling lead listings?

Trademine provides members/companies an option to sell their products, in accordance with the membership package they have signed up for. Regardless, the option to sell is always available and can be seen on the Members Area page- you can post your products and/or post selling leads.

>My company/listings were rejected.

We are sorry to hear that your company/listings were rejected. Please bear in mind that your postings on our website must adhere to our Terms and Policy and must not contain any restricted and banned information on Trademine. If you are unable to know what part of your profile/listing should be modified, please do not hesitate to Contact Us and we will be in touch with you.

>How does the payment on Membership Packages work?

We charge members a fee for every term and is paid through PayPal.

After the expiration of a term, according to the membership package chosen, our members can renew their registration and pay the same amount or change the membership package and pay the corresponding amount.

There is no refund once the payment is made on membership packages or advertisement services to Trademine.
